Our mission at Noble Looks Debutante is to unite noble community women that are dedicated to nurturing the mental, physical, spiritual, professional, and educational development of our debutantes. Qualified noble community women will make a positive influence in the lives of our “influencees”, combatting the negative influences of the world. Influencers will create positive influences by uplifting debutantes in their unique creativity, reaffirming their inner and outer beauty, and ultimately directing them to Christ. A NOBLE LOOKS INFLUENCER …
Must be at least 25 years of age.
Has experience mentoring, volunteering with youth, working in education, ministry, or community service (preferred not required).
Be able to make two phone calls or video check-ins per month with their assigned debutante.
Must be available to attend at least two extracurricular activities or events (e.g., performances, games, competitions) during the debutante season.
Able to commit to the full duration of the debutante program (typically 6 months).
Must serve as a positive influence, demonstrating integrity, responsibility, faith, and compassion.
Be in good mental, physical, and spiritual heath and absent of any substance abuse issues.
Must align with the mission and values of the debutante program, promoting confidence, character, leadership, and spiritual growth.
Able to listen actively, encourage, and provide guidance in a supportive, non-judgmental way.
Demonstrate reliability and follow through on commitments.
Must pass a criminal background check.
